分享
1、及时处理每天的订单，并对订单中须后续处理的项目及时跟进；
2、批注销售订单，核对项目差异，调整重要项目供应商及成本，安排自购；
3、综合调配公司库存资源，订货时必须要了解当前库存情况，在有库存的情况下要以先出库存为主；
4、生成采购订单并发给供应商，要求供应商按备注日期送货到指定地点（如需合同的则要与供应商签订合同）；
5、采购订单发出后须立即和供应商逐一核实是否收到，价格、交期是否无异议；如有疑问应在第一时间通知销售并协商解决方法；
6、打印配货清单、采购清单、主仓拣货单，和业务流转单一起交给仓库主管；
7、供应商供货有问题或交期不能满足的，要尽快通知销售和仓库并与供应商协商最优处理方案；
8、对仓库反馈的未到货情况必须马上处理并及时回复给仓库相关信息；
9、及时处理退货和供应商发票；
10、若有采购订单变更的，须及时通知仓库相关人员；
11、处理订单过程中若遇到问题无法自行处理的，应及时反馈给采购主管；
12、上级交待的其他事项。
任职要求
1、2年以上采购工作经验，有船舶物料供应行业经历者优先；
2、扎实的采购的理论知识和实操的能力，完善采购流程；
3、熟练操作计算机，懂ERP系统操作更佳；
4、有良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
