技能需求 Job Requirements
-- Education above college or professional experiences in international automotive field;
-- Fluent in English is necessary; German is welcome; nice to have French or Japanese;
-- More than 5 years working experiences in sales field; key account managing is prefer;
--Technical understanding is must; nice to have knowledge in PM;
-- Outstanding team player; can work effectively under pressure.
主要职责 Main responsibilities
-- Visit customers regularly, keep relations between each other very well;
-- Create new customers & businesses by also visit development (or design);
-- coordination with customers as interface to PMG; interface to other departments internal;
-- international coordination with global sales organization;
--Price negotiation with the limit sets by sales director or president;
--monitoring & reporting customers’ issues;
-- leading of activities of sales project teams;
--Others.
