工作概述
· Responsible for the establishment of lab system and quality control.
实验室体系建设和质量管理工作。
 
Job Responsibilities
工作职责
· Support QA manager to establish the lab quality system.
协助质量经理进行实验室质量体系建设。
· Responsible for compilation and revision of the quality system documents.
负责质量管理文件的编制和修订。
· Responsible for organization of internal quality audit, and participate the management evaluation.
负责组织内部审核，参与管理评审。
· Perform other tasks assigned by QA managers.
完成质量经理交付的其它任务。

Qualifications
任职要求
 
Education/degree
教育背景
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials/ Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Management Science or related engineering discipline.
金属材料、冶金、机械或管理科学相关专业大专或以上学历。
 
Work Experiences
工作经历
? Two or more years quality work experiences.
2年以上质量工作经验。
? Good background in CNAS or NADCAP lab preferred.
有CNAS及NADCAP实验室工作经历优先考虑。
? Background in third party lab preferred.
有第三方检测实验室工作经历优先考虑。
 

Specific Knowledge
专业知识
? Specific knowledge of materials testing specification, and testing analysis methods.
熟悉专业领域内各类材料标准和检测分析方法。
? Specific knowledge of steels, titanium alloys and super alloys.
熟悉钢铁、钛合金和镍基高温合金。
 
Soft Skills
软技能
? Smooth English communicate skill.
能熟练使用英语。
? Good management skills.
良好的管理技巧。
? Good team contributor.
团队协调能力。
? Perform under pressure.
能够在压力下工作。
