职位描述：
Job Description:

1、Establishing, developing and implementing policies, standards and procedures to ensure product, services and operations compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.

2、Providing legal and compliance advice to various internal departments/BUs across a wide range of matters. Independently conduct risk assessments, legal audits, investigations, compliance reviews and approvals.

3、Performs other related duties as assigned or required, including but not limited to draft contracts, legal documents, policies and procedures; coordinate with external law firms for arbitration /litigation cases.

Qualification:

1、Bachelor or above degree in law and/or medical with PRC Bar.

2、Around 5 years of experience in general legal advice and regulatory compliance, healthcare related industry required.

3、Proven experience operating within a risk management, legal audits, investigations role, in a healthcare environment.

4、Knowledge and experience in U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and local anticorruption regulations.

5、Solid drafting experience at policies, SOP, guidelines, etc. proficient in written English skill required.

6、Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be willing to handle tasks for other colleagues in case of any vacancy, good teamwork spirit required.

7、Able to provide the organization with independent legal advice and support in medium complex up to complex matters.

8、With very limited supervision, able to plan, organize and accomplish his/her work within the framework and time set by legal director. 举报 分享

Columbia China was founded by Columbia Pacific Management Inc.
With headquarter is in Seattle, USA, CPM is an international business that develops and operates hospitals, clinics and senior living facilities in Asia.
CPM owns Columbia Asia, which has nearly 30 hospitals, clinics, and extended care facilities in Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In Year 2011, Columbia China set up the head office in Shanghai. To meet China's growing demand for international standard medical services, Columbia China will invest in the establishment of a number of comprehensive, specialized hospitals, clinics, pension care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the country.
