Responsibilities
1. Assist marketing manager in event implementation, including: draft plan, staffing suggestion, coordination internally and externally, process tracking;
2. Marketing research and collect relevant information;
3. Proper suggestions on the events accordingly;
4. Timely and regularly report to the marketing manager regarding the process and implementation of the events, and if any support or resource needed;
5. Assist the manager with event analyses and help with relevant reports;
6. General branding and PR executive tasks;
7. Other tasks assigned by the line managers.

Requirements
1. College/Associate degree above. Marketing related major;
2. Common sense about marketing and branding; familiar with the general procedure;
3. With relevant experience in education industry would be a plus;
4. Proficiency in MS Office use, especially for WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT; have graphic design background would be a plus (Adobe PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR or INDESIGN);
5. Good command in English and copywriting skill;
6. Proven implementation capacity, result-driven, good at communication, team player and good sense of service; can work under pressure.

岗位职责
1. 在市场公关部经理的带领下，致力于市场推广活动。包括活动规划、人员安排、相关资源的整合调度，进度控制等项目管理全过程；
2. 根据市场推广活动的进展详情，适时提出调整活动规划的意见及建议；
3. 对项目和活动开展市场调研，整合数据信息；
4. 及时向市场公关部经理反馈市场推广活动的执行情况及执行过程中所需支持；
5. 协助市场公关部经理对各市场推广活动进行项目后评估，撰写并提交项目总结报告；
6. 结合学校资源优势，在市场公关部经理的领导下，与合作方、潜在生源建立良好关系，维护学校品牌；
7. 高效完成部门领导交办的其他事项。

岗位要求
1. 大学专科及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理、项目管理等相关专业；
2. 了解市场推广活动工作流程；
3. 熟悉教育行业者优先考虑；
4. 熟练运用MS Office软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。有设计软件应用基础知识者优先；
5. 良好的语言组织及文案撰写能力；英语流利；
6. 重在执行，目标导向，善于沟通，深具团队精神及服务意识；具有一定抗压能力。
