Qualifications

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering or equivalent field

Experience
? 5 years experience in IT or computer lab-based job or equivalent experience
? Software/IT project contribution
? Sound knowledge of HP Software management capabilities (Service-, Network-, Applications-, Performance-, Operations-, Quality-, Security Management)
? Basic knowledge of standard processes (e.g. ITIL) and applications (SAP, Oracle, SOA, J2EE.NET) is a good fundament
? VMware Knowledge is a great asset
? Demo system (Surgient/CAP) or Lab experience is a plus

Skills
? Quick-learner: familiarize rapidly with new products, tools and take ownership
? Ability to manage customer expectation with strong customer interaction skills
? Self-motivated, self-started, flexible, pro-active (take initiative)
? Ability to manage time and priority
? Capability to react calmly and think clearly in a pressured environment is essential
? Very good team player, but knows how to work independently
? Excellent communication skills (English). Any other European language an advantage
? Open to work in an international, multicultural team
