Senior Manager Business/Marketing Analysis

Job Character:

The Manager BMA reports to the CEO.
This individual must have proactive leadership qualities, and is charged with communicating with key stakeholders in order to drive brand messages and stories across all media. The Manager BMA must have a high level of energy, passion, and commitment to take on complex, challenging situations in a dynamic, global organization.
This individual is a professional motivator, coach and leader with strong analytical and systematic personality and strong media and reputation management skills and the ability to work across all areas of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
? Plan, develop and manage strategic media outreach across key markets and audiences that support the company brand
? Create and implement marketing plans, branding strategy, long- and short-term strategies, budgets and measurement strategies
? Create, implement and support new and ongoing internal communication efforts-management meetings, employee newsletters, all-employee meeting and so on
? Plan and implement tactics as part of marketing plan-advertising (print and online), special events, tradeshows, new media/web and product collateral (print and electronic)
? Conceptualize marketing themes, tag lines, etc. that fit with the brand standards
? Collaborate as part of company's Global Communication Team (GCT) to help develop and grow the brand
? Plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of goals and optimum allocation of resources
? Provide ongoing strategic communication consulting and executive image support to senior executives and management
? Organize development of tradeshow strategies and schedules, and coordinate related promotional activities. Attend and implement tactical items-booth set-up, greet customers, stock promotional items and collateral and so on.
? Conduct pre-contract negotiations with marketing service contractors, consultants and media
? Develop and maintain relationships with media, off-site production representatives, outside consultants, copywriters and advertising agencies
? Manage resources (staff, agencies, etc.) to execute assigned projects
? Correlate compatibility of promotion programs with public relations activities and overall brand standards
? Coordinates details of programs and initiatives within company with a wide-range of functions and individuals
? Authorize articles and schedule interviews regarding company's promotional/public relations activities, and ensures adherence to corporate identity standards
? Function as executive producer of video and web projects
? Evaluate market trends and reaction to branding activities in order to recommend strategy adjustments
? Conduct new market research and design
? Assist in new product design-aesthetics
? Identify market potential for new products as well as market strategies
? Coordinate product introduction and market exploitation with Sales to ensure maximum penetration of market segment
? Write and edit marketing materials, articles, presentations and various internal communication pieces
? Provide/Manage the graphic design process-creative conception, copy writing, etc. - for collateral, ads, web and more


Qualifications / Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Business or Marketing related ;
? At least 8 years working experience in sales, marketing function, 5 years proven background in management role;
? Demonstrated skills of planning and accomplishing goals and communication, strong analytical skills;
? Clear and efficient communication skills, systematic and organized; proactive and willing to take responsibility;
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
? Good knowledge of MS Office;
? High levels of self-motivation, professionalism;
? Be familiar with working practices in plants/manufacture or heat treatment or other process industries;
