Robert, Tan & Gao (RTG) is a luxury consultancy dedicated to helping companies succeed in China.

With deep knowledge and experience in the Chinese market, we advise brands on their long term business strategy, and develop near term tactical planning for execution across their communications, product, and retail touch points.

Currently, we are seeking a Planner to join our strategic planning team. The Planner will be responsible to generate insights, imagination and innovation to deliver unique and compelling strategies for our clients. On top of that, developing insightful reports into the world of luxury to further reinforce the agency's thought leadership. He/She will need team leadership capabilities and report directly to the Planning Director.



Job Responsibility



· Actively participate in new business development initiatives.

· Help the agency exceed client expectations by expanding our involvement in our client's business and acting as a trusted advisor.

· Develop brand hypotheses to test and conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer research.

· Leverage insights, innovation, and imagination to create brand strategies and communication planning that truly have an impact.

· Be a centre of insights and knowledge and provide training, support, and assistance to account's team.

· Contribute to increasing the agency's profile through article writing and preparing insightful presentation.



The ideal candidates will have / be:



· 3-4 years of agency experience in planning

· Both strategic and creative with strong local consumer insights

· Past examples/ works of strong brand campaigns and story-telling/ copywriting

· Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player

· Professional with a great attitude

· Native Chinese and eloquent/fluent in English.


***Experience with Luxury and premium brands will be highly regarded***
