Robert, Tan & Gao (RTG) is a luxury consultancy dedicated to helping companies succeed in China

We are a group of internationally minded luxury specialists committed to China. With deep knowledge and experience in the China market, we advise companies on their long term brand strategy, developing near term tactical planning for execution across communications, product, and retail touch points.

Currently, we are seeking a proactive individual for the position of executive assistant for our firm's leadership. He/She will be extremely organized and be able to help with the effective time management for the managing partner.


Job Responsibilities:

· Accompany Managing Partner to business meetings, taking meeting notes

· Assist Managing Partner with new business initiatives

· Conduct basic researches per request

· Manage diary and schedule

· Arrange travel for Managing Partner, including flights, hotel, transportation booking, etc.

· Provide general assistance during presentations

· Preparing expense reports and time sheets

· Assist teams on different projects when required

· General administrative duties and miscellaneous errands

· Occasional support at events


The ideal candidates will have / be:



· Previous personal assistant experience required, preferably within foreign enterprise

· Native Chinese mandarin speaker and fluent in oral and written English

· Exceptional organizational skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Good time management and interpersonal skills

· Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

· Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and balance multiple and competing tasks

· Strong time management and organizational skills, someone who can think on their feet

· Personable and presentable

***Experience with Luxury and premium brands will be highly regarded***
