Currently, we are seeking an outstanding individual to join our luxury consulting team as Head of Communications. The successful candidate will come from a Communications background, who has an excellent structured mind, great disciplines, good contacts and client facing skills. The Head of Communications will be a strong strategic thinker, will be an effective counsel to the clients, with solid experience in coaching staff and setting up effective business teams to service RTG's clients. He/She will report directly to the executive managment.



Job Responsibilities:

· Maintains senior relationships within client base, key-opinion leaders and other third-party relationships; positioning RTG as expert, business partner, informed and trusted counsel.

· Provides lead on client programs - excels at managing regional and global communications programs and new business pitches.

· Provides senior strategic lead in maintaining and developing client relationships; positioning RTG as a key business partner at all times.

· Has accountability for meeting client expectations at all times.

· Communications planning - determines course of action for the whole team on client programs, timescales, deadlines, reviewing to ensure targets are met.

· Ensures effective financial management of the group accounts, including contracts, creditors and debtors, overheads, fees and disbursement margins.

· Is an ambassador for the company at a senior level externally and within.

· Provides daily leadership, direction and guidance to account teams.

· Ultimately accountable for growth of the practice through organic growth and new client revenues.



The ideal candidates will have / be:


· Minimum 8 -10 years relevant experience (Client/Agency/Media)

· Experience developing and implementing comprehensive programs and tactics, along with supporting materials

· Excellent relationship skills with internal teams and clients and an ability to generate results from all levels of the organization

· Understanding of the online and social media space, ability to link new media strategies

· Demonstrate high-level skill at developing and delivering presentation.

· Quality standards - sets high quality standards, has an eye for detail.

· to traditional corporate or marketing communications in a logical and compelling manner

· A desire and ability to coach and mentor staff

· Professional with a great attitude.
