With deep knowledge and experience in the China market, we advise companies on their long term brand strategy, developing near term tactical planning for execution across communications, product, and retail touch points.

Currently, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible to work with the executive management to market and promote the business and services of RTG. The Marketing Manager will act as the key person to manage industry media relationships and seek other marketing avenues to promote our business including (but not only) speaker engagements for company spokesperson, CSR initiatives and award submissions. He/She will need to be a proactive individual that is resourceful and creative. He / She report directly to the General Manager.

Job responsibilities include:

· Promote RTG in the international and local press by seeking and securing press opportunities / stories
· Identify speaking opportunities for our company spokesperson
· To represent the company spokesman where necessary
· Manage RTG blog and contributing writers
· Identify / Manage corporate social responsibility program initiatives for RTG
· Develop on-going industry contacts and form an important bridge between the company, the media and other industry related organizations
· Manage firm's marketing and publicity schedule, working with various departments and company spokesperson to ensure on-going marketing activities are

The ideal candidates will have / be:

· At least 3 years marketing or communications experience (Client/Agency/Media)
· Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliver results
· Good understanding of social media and digital communications
· Traditional media relations experience and understanding of how it can work effectively with paid, earned, shared and owned media platforms
· Excellent Communications skills - can write and present ideas in both English and Chinese
· Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
· Proven account/project management skills, including budget management
· Problem solving skills, being deadline oriented, professional with a great attitude.
· Native Chinese and eloquent/fluent in English.
