职位描述：
Job Title: Finance Manager/Director Department: Finance Reporting to: Chairman & CEO, Hellas Group
Overview:
Develop and supervise the financial planning, tracking and accurate reporting for each of the
Hellas Group entities.
Build and coach high quality team to support each HG entity
Develop Budgets, as well as monthly P&L, Cash Flow and Key Metrics projections and tracking
(variance analysis and action) for each entity and Group
Work with CEO and each entity GM to analyze opportunities, improve efficiency and implement
cost savings
Responsibilities:
* Create & supervise general ledger for the each Group Company
* Establish policies and procedures to insure proper internal controls
* Tax reporting and compliance
* Supervise and/or prepare the financial statements and management reports
* Prepare the budget and expense outlook
* Perform regular analysis management accounting including periodic analysis of costs incurred vs budget
* Perform financial analysis of each Group entity and prospective projects
* Supervise disbursements
* Other matters to support the CEO and Group
Educational Requirements and Work Experience:
* University degree majoring in accounting or equivalent combinations of education and
experience.
* At least 5 years working experience (include Joint Venture or WOFE financial experience) in
accounting related positions including responsibilities to maintain and supervise general ledgers and prepare financial analysis.
* Strong learning ability, leadership of teams and perfection mindset
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* Ability to work in a demanding and highly dynamic environment with changing priorities
* Strong organizational skills
* Fluency of the English language both in written and spoken
* Mastering of Excel and other computerized accounting systems
* Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and laws 举报 分享
