职位描述：
MAIN ASSIGEMENTS:
- Merchandising:
? Maintain item master data
? Creates Catalogue Items;
? Challenges Purchase Requests for Non-Preferred Catalogue Items;
? Creates and submits Purchase Orders;
? Contacts Supplier in case of (major) issue;
? Receives Invoices and Credit Notes;
? Creates and submit payment requests journal
? Response dunning letters.
? PDB reporting
- Sourcing:
? Sourcing and supplier relationship management
? Maintain supplier master data
? Request for Quotaiton (RFQ)
? Negotiate and review price for goods and services
? Requests for Supplier creation to AP
? Creates Purchasing Agreements;
? Manage new / alternative item introduction process

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Personal Skills :
1. Fluent in English and Chinese, French is a plus
2. More than 3 years related working experience in MNC as purchasing or finance role
3. Excellent drafting, oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (with both supplier and internal clients);
4. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and target driven
5. Willing to learn and work under pressure
6. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
Language skills and level expected :
