职位描述：
主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

1. Counselling
? Design, develop and implement counseling and guidance program (with emphasis on learning support) by leading and organizing homeroom teachers and staff to build and deliver fully integrated program;
   领导和组织班主任和教职员工实施心理咨询和指导课程， 并整合项目；
? Provide appropriate information to school staff on comprehensive counseling program;
   负责咨询项目的信息传达工作；
? Support students individually or through groups to develop emotional/social skills;
   通过单独指导和团队活动培养学生的情绪管控能力和团队社交技巧；
? Provide individual or group counseling to students with identified needs and concerns;
   负责学生个人和学生团体的咨询，关注学生需求和关切；
? Implement effective referral and follow-up process as needed;
   实施有效的转诊，关注后续事宜；
? Work with campus leadership team to improve and implement school wide Health and Safety policies and practices (with a focus on the emotional wellbeing portion of the policies and practices);
   配合校区管理团队落实学生健康和安全政策（重点是心理健康）
? Lead evaluation on student Medical Leave applications due to social/emotional reasons and making recommendations to the campus leadership on applications and follow-up with support plans as needed.
    负责学生因社会/情感因素提出的请假申请，并向校园管理团队提供请假批准建议，积极参与后续事宜

2. Pastoral Care and Well-Being
? Lead and coordinate personal, social and emotional behavioral monitoring and guidance of students with support of homeroom teachers;
领导并通过班主任协调管理学生个人、社会、情绪等行为。
? Welcome, inform and coach homeroom teachers and work coherently with Pastoral Care Director (CN) and Dean of Student Life (SJ)
欢迎，告知并指导班主任工作。
? Oversee and develop the character education program at HQ campus via character education programs
管理虹桥校区的品格课程的授课、实施和发展
? Train and drill staff in Health and Safety policies and practices to create a healthy and safe campus environment
做好教职工健康与安全培训来创设健康和安全的校园环境

3. Other work designated by campus leadership team.
完成领导团队交办的其他工作

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，心理咨询相关专业背景；
2. 国际学校工作经验者优先考虑；；
3. 具有咨询师资格证书；
4. 英语听说读写熟练；
5. 具备开放的思维模式，勇于探索创新精神，乐于接受新理念新事物，有较强的团队合作意识；
6. 独立工作，注重细节；具备良好的团队合作能力和沟通技巧，积极适应多元文化的工作环境。
