职位描述：
主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1) 参与潜在供应商初期RPA审核，与采购一起按宜发供应商质量要求选择合适的潜在供应商。
Participate potential supplier initial RPA audit, and support Purchasing in potential supplier selection according to IFA supplier quality requirements.
2) 负责潜在供应商审核，按VDA6.3要求和相关产品质量技术要求评估供应商质量管理体系。
Responsible for potential supplier assessment, and have process audit according to VDA6.3 and related product/process quality technology requirements.
3) 负责新供应商开发，按VDA6.3要求和宜发供应商质量要求，开发供应商质量管理能力和过程控制能力。
Responsible for new supplier development. Develop supplier quality management capability and process control capability according to VDA6.3 and IFA supplier quality requirements.
4) 新供应商批准。汇总新供应商开发情况，并协同IFA质量部门和其他相关部门完成供应商批准。
Approve new supplier. Have summary demonstration of supplier development closure, and release new supplier together with IFA quality dept and other depts.
5) 负责新供应商项目开发和新供应商关键制程管理，监控特殊过程和关键特性的实现过程，评估和管控制程风险，确保产品满足宜发供应商质量要求和客户质量要求。
Responsible for new supplier new project development and new supplier critical process control. Have monitoring on implementation of special processes and critical characteristics, assess and manage manufacturing risk, guarantee products fulfilling IFA supplier quality requirements and customer quality requirements.
6) 支持量产供应商改善，包括供应商业绩、问题和失效、8D报告等，协助量产SQE处理供应商质量问题。
Support mass production supplier improvement, including supplier quality performance, issues and failures, 8D report, to assist mass production SQE in supplier problem shooting.
7) 上级交办的其他事务。
