Position Title: Graphic Designer (Marketing)

Qualifications:
? Visual/Graphic/Industrial design degree;
? A minimum of 5 years of experience, foreign and multinational practice experience is preferred;
? Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word);
? Innovative and problem-solving approach to design process;
? Highly communicative with proactive communication skills;
? Enjoy collaboration and knowledge sharing;
? Inquisitive learner

Main Responsibilities:
? Provide graphic design for variety for external and internal visual communications including promotional Power Points, brochures, case studies, posters and other print and digital materials;
? Implement firm’s design standards on all marketing materials, ensure the appropriate execution for the firm’s visual/corporate identity;
? Support marketing team, social media, and studio on visual / infographics in marketing materials;
? Coordinating logistics and invoicing in connection with outsourcing to specialty vendors;
? Support business development and marketing initiatives.

Task and Output:

Power Point - Graphic support for business development and project interview presentation / Graphic support for lecture and conference presentation/ Design in-house report and communication presentation
Qualification and Proposal - Graphic support on response to RFQ/Graphic support on response to RFP
Marketing Collateral / Communication - Create standard project page and slide / Design specialized brochure / project portfolio /Design handout, poster, and other visual communications
Public Relations and Social Media - Respond to various image requests from publications/ Weekly / biweekly graphic support for social media’s content
Project Case Studies - Layout China project case studies for publications and business development use 举报 分享
