职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1. Design new products according to customer requirements and specifications using. Provide solutions in production and consolidated

2. Ensure, with the support of the project team, that the solutions chosen have minimal cost and have the reliability and performance required

3. Throughout the development process but especially at the stage of preliminary study, claiming the technical resources to support materials, calculation and testing all the necessary analysis and testing designed to testify the accuracy and reliability of the project

4. Interface suppliers for the technical definition of the product detail

5. Develop and prepare the FMEA project and support the Program Manager also to manage the activities

6. Ensure easy assembly and the measurability, acting accordingly in collaboration with Metrology Engineer and Process Engineer, integrating the requirements in the drawings of the project (2D Drawings Listed)

7. Support the activities of industrialization providing all necessary information and introducing the required changes that is compatible with customer requirements

8. For products already in production, support continuous improvements, cost reduction and modification change introduction, following same rules of new developments

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automotive related
本科学历以上，主修机械或车辆相关专业
2. Knowledge of CAD System 2D-3D (CATIA-AUTOCAD-or other main CAD System)
熟悉CAD 2D-3D系统(如Catia-AutoCAD或其他主要的CAD系统)
3. More than 3 years product development experience in automotive industry
3年以上汽车行业产品开发经验
4. Availability to live in Italy for some time (at least 1 month) and eventually further journeys
可适应在意大利学习一定时间(至少1个月)或其他出差
5. Have good learning skill
有良好的学习能力
6. Good command of oral and written English
