Responsibilities:
? Coordinates with over sea businesses with all financial reporting for Group Finance Dir.
? Business Review coordination.
? Ensures timely reporting、analysis and commentary of all key financial information to Group Finance Dir.
? Finance Supporting on international business communication.
? Conducts financial due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions related to Group.
Requirement:
? Bachelor Degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting preferred.
? Fluent English (financial language) in oral and listening.
? 1-3 years’ experience in financial, with experience of international business a must.
? CPA, ACCA or relevant qualifications a plus.
? Familiar with IFRS, PRC GAAP, Euro tax laws, China tax laws.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and data management.
