Positon Purpose:
The position of a JATO Senior Consultant or Consultnat is to work closely with our clients in order to understand their needs and provide high-quality customised analysis and reporting solutions. The candidate will be part of a wider client engagement team and will work alongside other client-facing staff to form part of the primary interface between the client and the Analysis and Reporting team. The candidate will also work to develop and deliver solutions both independently as well as with support from the wider Analysis and Reporting team.
Role and Responsibilities:
? Liaise with potential and existing clients to understand complex requirements
? Work together with sales and product development teams to develop new customer business solution proposals
? Prepared project plan to meet objectives within established budget and timeline and recognizes when plans should be adjusted to meet objectives
? Develops budget, scope and staffing recommendations based on understanding of client budget and project economics
? Strive to achieve the timeliness, completeness and accuracy objectives, to deliver top quality delivery to demanding customers.
? Ensures that teams' work meets quality assurance standards and that all relevant risks have been identified and appropriately addressed
? Maintains expert knowledge in the use of data, benchmarks and business metrics to mark critical decisions
? Supports team members' development needs through formal and informal coaching and knowledge sharing
? Develop deep situational expertise with the combination of sector and offering domain to make tailored recommendations for the client
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above in engineering/automotive, economics, mathematics, business, statistics, marketing, psychology or similar, etc.
? Ideally 3-5+ years of experience in global consulting firm with focus on the Automotive industry or in corporate strategy, business development, product planning, pricing, marketing or aftermarket departments for OEMs or suppliers within the China Automotive industry
? Knowledge and insight of the global automotive market would be an asset. 举报 分享
