Nature and aim of the position
? Refund (cash & Credit Card) of tax free forms and assistance to travellers within the range of customs clearance.
? 在旅客通过海关检验之后， 遵循公司指引协助旅客完成操作
Main duties
? Refunding Global Blue Tax Free Cheques in compliance with the appropriate country rules or the guidelines given by Global Blue (Refund Manual, Security Manual, Instruction Manual).
? 依据公司操作手册，安全手册及操作说明书及中国相关法规及制度， 正确规范操作流程
? Responsibility of the assigned cash (cash refunding in RMB only).
? 负责操作中产生的现金分配
? Perform the refund in the most correct and satisfactory way (quick and precisely)
? 高效，有序，无差错得为旅客完成流程
? Mitigate the conflicts with the traveller at the desk, contribute to the best customer satisfaction
? 在工作中， 避免与旅客产生冲突。 致力于旅客体验度及满意度
? Actively contribute to reach the given individual and team refund targets.
? 积极达成个人及团队的退税目标
The duties can be extended or changed after arrangement.

? 高校文凭或证书（大专毕业）
? Good English knowledge and additional prime language
