职位描述：
1. Be dedicated in Automotive business;
2. Develop new business to achieve the sales target;
3. Create new project and maximize the hit rate;
4. Offer technical proposal to customer;
5. Be responsible for the project management from RFQ to SOP;
6. Offer technical support to account manager for engineering change after SOP；
7. Conduct technical seminar on TSS products to customers and internal staff;
8. Solve field performance problems and develop installation techniques.
Position Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in polymer material, automotive engineering or mechanical engineering;
2. At least five years engineering experiences in automotive or relative industry;
3. Fluent English in both writing and speaking;
4. With multinational company working experience is preferable;
5. With sealing industry working experience is preferable;
