职位描述：
Adsmith China is seeking a talented junior graphic designer to join our creative team. You will report to the Art Director and work on a wide variety of projects, from print brochures to WeChat campaigns across a wide range of clients. You have several years of experience in an agency or in-house environment.

任职要求：
Design/Technical
1.熟练运用Indesign，PS，Illustrator等设计软件；
Excellent skills with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator;
2.对微信后台运营策划有一定的认识；
Experience with WeChat backend;
3.熟悉H5/CSS,影视短片编辑，动画等技巧优先考虑；
HTML/CSS - Video Editing - Motion graphics skills a plus;
4.能够维护企业视觉形象。
Able to follow a visual/corporate identity.

Language/Experience
1.有2年以上在广告、数字营销等领域的设计经验；
2+ years'work experience in advertisement, digital marketing or related field as a designer;
2.能够对中英文的文案内容处理自如；
Native Chinese ability and ability to work with Chinese and English text;
3.掌握日常的商务英语能力；
Strong ability in daily business English;
4.能合理安排时间同时处理多任务；
Strong multi-tasking skills;
5.能够和创意团队共同开发、引领、分享创意理念。
Ability to ideate, share, and develop creative ideas together with the team

Work well with both Chinese and international colleagues;
