The candidate will conduct primary and secondary source research, mainly in Chinese. He/she will be required to search webbased sources, conduct telephone calls, and potentially do “field” research outside of the office environment.

The candidate will be responsible for compiling the research into brief English reports and may interact with foreign clients. Training and resources will be provided.

Requirements

*Analytical thinker
*Bachelor's degree or above. Any field of study but preference given to candidates with experience in journalism,political science, international relations, business administration, economics or finance
*Excellent in written English, fluent in spoken English
*Second foreign language is plus
*Work experience in news agency is a plus
*Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
*Comfortable in a potential client-facing role
