职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
? Participate in Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Design Validation (DV), Production Validation (PV) and process launch teams.
? Create and maintain documentation for product/process change management.
? Assess effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems including training for ongoing improvements.
? Implement and maintain quality systems.
? Work closely with customer representatives and insure that major customer complaints are resolved.
? Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers.
? Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.
? Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.
？ Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision making skills
KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
? Bilingual in Chinese and English.
? Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision making skills (Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
? Out Spoken personality, good interpersonal and team player skills.
? Knowledge of quality standards such as TS 16949, ISO 9002 and QS9000.
? 6 Sigma experience or equivalent.
Experience with automotive quality-related activities such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) and FMEA.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
？ Educational: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic & Mechanical or equivalent years of related experience.
？ Experience:
？ Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic & Mechanical 3 or more years working experience.
？ Technical higher diploma with more than 5 years manufacturing experience.
？ Experience working in industry environment and widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit.
？ Experience background in Electronic Assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage. 举报 分享
