职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责建立并完善人力资源管理规章制度和流程；
2.据公司经营战略，制定相匹配的人力资源规划；
3.负责招聘流程执行与完善、离职分析等相关工作；
4.负责招聘、转正、绩效考核标准的制定、完善与监督；
5.负责对员工考勤、薪资、社保公积金的管理；
6.分析员工培训与发展需求，制定培训计划并组织培训工作；
7.负责组织开展各类活动，培养员工的团队精神，提高凝聚力。
8.负责公司所有员工的内部关系；
9.负责人事部门组织管理工作，对部门员工的工作目标、工作计划及结果进行考核；
10.负责处理人事其他相关事务。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，法律、人力资源、行政管理等相关专业。
2. 具有5年以上人事相关工作经验，3年以上人力资源管理经验,基本的英语能力；
3.熟悉国家以及上海市劳动法，当地法律法规和政策。
4.具备较强的应变、团队管理、工作安排、协调能力，独立处理紧急问题的能力
5.善于人际沟通协调，责任心强，工作细心，具有团队合作精神。 举报 分享
