职位描述
Position Summary:
CRM Sales Manager plans and implements sales strategies and activities in order to reach the company's targets for retention growth and turnover.
Main Responsibilities:
· In charge of business development in line with Cegedim Sales strategy
· Support Cegedim BUs in the promotion activities of Cegedim products and services
· Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and is in charge of applying sales plans within the organization that fit the overall company business strategy and in compliance with the law.
· Develop pro-active leadership and ensure permanent relationships with the customers and the prospects.
· Maintain and develop the client relationship with key decision makers at the respective client organization.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by offering Cegedim products and solutions that best meet the customer's needs and facilitate the resolution of problems by involving the concerned individuals.
· Manage Pipe-line sales (budget, forecast, invoicing and associated reporting).
· Cooperates with Cegedim BUs to ensure a consistency and a high level of service in compliance with the SLA in order to ensure the success of the operations and projects.
· Validate with the General Manager and Cegedim BUs the customer pricing offer.
· Contribute to the improvement of the procedures and tools.
· Propose marketing plans to promote the company's image.
· Give demonstrations and presentations of Cegedim products to the customers and the prospects.
· Expand scope with the existing customers in relation with Cegedim BUs in particular for new product offers and upgrades.
· Is responsible for achieving the budget as defined with the General Manager.
· Work in cooperation with the relevant corporate teams.
· Oversee the sales effort to the account.
· Keep himself updated on all Cegedim products and services
· Understand the local market trends and update own knowledge.
· Understand the competitors offer.
· Maintain and develops customers and prospects database.
· Report monthly about activity to the General Manager.
Requirements:
Education required
· Post graduate (Master's degree or equivalent experience)
· Advanced degree or equivalent experience,Business School in Business, Finance, Marketing or other related field
Experience required
5 - 10 years' experience, Senior Manager in development, sales or marketing.
Selling B2B solutionsKnowledge of the Pharma industry
