职位描述：
We are a high-end Italian fashion brand and we are looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:
-Plan & execute visual merchandising activities in accordance with guidelines
-implementation of seasonal themes (show windows, in-store display, marketing events... etc)
-Work closely with the VM Department in Italy Headquarter for the implementation of the seasonal decoration and the needs for the region and able to provide feedback and suggestions to further develop the guidelines with Italy
-Implement and assist the DMS stores on the outside and inside visual merchandising in the region
-Design and conduct training sessions on visual merchandising, product packaging and mix & match guidelines
-Involve in store opening projects for DMS and Franchisee stores
-Conduct store visits and work with the retail operations to ensure that guidelines are followed to maintain a global brand image
-In charge of production arrangement and shipment of each country on window display, in-store props, durations, fixtures, etc in the region
-Prepare visual merchandising budgets for Greater China markets as well as consideration for the region
-Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
2-3 years relevant experience in fashion industry
Education in visual arts, interior design or similar arts related field
Artistic sense with visual talent and a strong styling sensibility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good negotiation skills
Proficiency computer literacy, including Photoshops, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Autocad)
Self initiative, energetic, flexible, mature and good team player
Able to work under high pressure and tight deadline
