职位描述：
DIRECT RESPONSIEBILITY:
→ Indoor sales for spare part in relation to semiconductor products.
→ Responsible for checking and entering customer orders
→ In charge of issuing purchase order to suppliers
→ Monitor orders at least 30 days before confirmed PO ETD for cargo status and shipment handling. Push and get a feedback within due date
→ Instruct suppliers to make the efficient delivery plan according to lead time and customer’s request.
→ Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to adjust delivery schedules
→ In charge of preparation for shipping and LC documents.
→ Periodically check AR status with customer and feedback
→ Undertaking monthly revenue reports.

SKILLS:
→ Familiar with process from order to delivery
→ Basically knowledge about international trade
→ Good communication skill
→ Be Patient & proactive
→ Work independently and detail-oriented
→ Have team spirit
→ Major in international trade, logistic or related
→ Passed CET-4 at least
→ Good at Excel, Outlook, others will be preferred. 举报 分享
