Job Responsibilities :
- Handle AP related Activities: Invoice processing, Webcycle resolution, Vendor issue resolution
- Will work on activities like Account reconcilitation, Batch Payment processing and T&E
- Mentor new team members where required
Experience & Education Background:
- Working experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Worked in Outsourcing environment will be a plus
- Should have worked on SAP
- Education background: Bachelor’s Degree(or above) in accountancy or relevant
Key skills :
- Good Communication Skills
- Fluent English skill and other Asian language (Korean, Japanese,Thai) is preferred
- Computer skill: MS office, SAP
Add-Ons :
- Prior Experience in Transition
- Experience in being part of a new process
- EX-DSCI
Job Location : Shanghai. Should be flexible to work on client site (likely to be at Shanghai) as required
