Job Responsibilities

Quality Control
Ensure that ongoing finished product, component and packaging supply and processes meet all quality control specifications.

Procurement

1. Assist in locating and evaluating potential contractors in support of a Bill of Materials and assembly

initiatives.
2. Ensure that procured samples meet drawing requirements, intended functionality of part, and all stated

quality control specifications.
3. Efficient integration of newly procured components/assemblies into the production environment.

Contractor Management
1. Identify and communicate to contractors industry standards and specifications needed for effective and

efficient procurement.
2. Ensure proper documentation is in place and have a clear understanding of contractors' process control

systems.
3. Contractor technical matters, corrective actions and other projects are resolved in a timely and accurate

manner.
4. Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve product quality, and achieve cost reduction

targets.

Technical Management
1. Upgrade technical capabilities of division.
2. Support field sales, distributors and installation/repair personnel with installation and technical

maintenance matters.
3. Recommend technical product upgrades or enhancements to support business objectives.
4. Assist in the delivery of technical presentations and training.
5. Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical;

2. 5 years relevant work experience, ideally in dispensing, but otherwise in machinery, procurement, EMSI

manufacturing or other industrial/electronics markets.
3. Must be fluent in English.

4. Ability to travel.
5. Proven problem solving skills.
6. Communication skills (written and verbal).
7. Organizational and multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail.
8. Team player
9. CAD skills not required but beneficial.
