职位描述：
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1. Will be assisting on HPC Brand Protection Program under company Brand Protection Team;
2. Will develop working relationships with local government enforcement authorities, particularly AIC, TSB, PSB and Customs and train enforcement officials on product authentication;
3. Will manage investigation agencies and direct them to carry out the Brand Protection enforcement program in accordance with contracted guidelines;
4. Will produce reports, maintain GUARD database and perform other tasks as required by the Brand Protection Director;
5. Will follow up any other regional or global brand protection incidents assigned by the Brand Protection Director.

任职要求：
1. University graduate; Legal background or Investigator background;
2. Understanding and knowledge of Chinese IPR laws with at least 3 years of practices in I.P.R;
3. Good capability of coordination, communication internally and externally;
4. Good teamwork and working independently;
5. Be skillful in both English and office software.
