Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. 推进基于研究的***产品策略：
Drive research-based women’s strategy through:
? 与市场部合作去发展，推出***的活动，促销；
Collaboration with Marketing to develop and roll out women’s specific campaigns/promotions/events.
? 与销售团队与SBCU部门合作，向经销商培训***产品；
Collaboration with Sales team and SBCU to educate Dealer Network on women’s product.
? 与零售服务部合作***产品营销计划；
Collaboration with Retail Services on women’s specific merchandising plans.
? 与计划部合作来预测及确定***产品的型号和颜色范围。
Collaboration with Sales Management, Demand Planners and Equipment Business Manager to forecast and identify model and color range of women specific products.
2. 管理中国市场的***策略和项目，通过简报，预算，时间控制，发展，分销和报告来推进执行；
Project manage women’s initiatives and programs for the China market and drive execution through briefs, budgets, timing, development, distribution, and reporting.
3. 拜访销售代表和经销商获得对于销售技巧更深的理解和消费者的购买习惯，进一步发展长期渗透战略；
Visit with sales reps and retailers to gain a deep understanding of sales techniques and consumer purchase habits to further develop long term penetration strategy.
4. 对市场领导者和产品团队进行持续的竞争对手分析和报告；
Consistent competitor analysis and reporting to market leaders and product teams.
5. 对于***产品作为经销商，销售，市场和计划部的联络中心；
Be the central point of contact for retailers, sales, marketing and demand planning for women’s product.
6. 与市场部一起选择和管理区域品牌大使项目。
Select and manage regional brand ambassador program in conjunction with Sports Marketing and Sponsorship Specialist.

Job Requirements任职要求：
1. 有4-5年的市场营销，商业管理或相关领域经验；市场营销学士学位优先；
4-5 years’ experience in marketing, business management or related field.
2. 对于自行车运动有热情，促进***骑友的加入并参与到骑行中；
A vision and passion for bikes and fostering of women’s growth and participation in the sport.
3. 精通微软办公软件；
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4. 具有预算计划和管理经验；
Experience with budget planning and management.
5. 注重细节，具有较强的报告和跟踪能力；
Detail oriented with an strong reporting and tracking skills.
6. 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力；
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. 合作和评估合作伙伴的能力；
Ability to collaborate and evaluate partnerships.
8. 有效的解决问题的能力；
Effective problem solving skills.
9. 与本地及全球团队合作的能力。
