Job Description Accountant-Junior
Nilorn is looking for an accountant to join our growing finance team in our Shanghai office. Are you good with numbers and logic? Enjoy the feeling of completeness when all the pieces fit perfectly together? And do you have a background in accounting? If so you could be the person we are looking for!
Job Responsibilities:
? To look after customers located in domestic of China for HK office. Contact customers for invoices, AR, prepare “customer watch list”
? Issue VAT invoices.
? Booking VAT invoices into Kingdee.
? Courier VAT invoices to customer.
? Folding vouchers.
? Processing payment in ebank for internal reimbursement and supplier invoices, and booking into Kingdee
? You will be reporting directly to the Financial Manager.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or higher in Finance/Accounting related Major
- Graduate or 1 or 2 years of previous related working experience
- Previous experience with KingDee software will be a plus
- Previous experience working for a Foreign Trade company will be a plus.
- Basic English skill in reading and simple writing email.
Because the finance department is connecting the threads from all other departments communication is an essential part of your daily work, we are looking for a service minded person who is good at both listening and explaining and enjoy achieving great results together through cooperation and teamwork.
