职位描述：
岗位职责：
1) 分析产品需求，制定产品硬件及可靠性的测试方案和测试计划、设计测试用例，执行相关测试并编写硬件测试报告；
2) 负责搭建测试环境，执行产品硬件相关的功能，性能，环境，可靠性等方面测试；
3) 跟踪、定位、分析发现的问题，并能够推动开发解决问题；
4) 制定和维护公司硬件产品测试指导规范。
5）完成领导交办的工作

岗位要求：
1) 电子、通讯或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2) 有5年以上硬件测试工作经验，熟悉测试流程和相关规范；有POS机，手持设备等电子产品测试经验者优先考虑；
3) 具有扎实的数字电路、模拟电路基础知识，掌握电子线路基础知识及电子元器件的特征，熟悉电路分析与Layout原理
4) 熟练掌握各种测试仪器，如数字示波器、逻辑分析仪，频谱仪等；
5) 对电路设计、可靠性测试、电磁兼容测试有比较深的认识，熟悉国内外相关行业标准
6) 有较强的责任心和沟通能力，具有良好的团队合作精神；
7) 英语要求CET 4级或同等资格证书以上，有较强的英文读写能力。
