职位描述：

1. Work as the Quality and Safety Management of the Laboratory. Ensure implementations of the quality policy, quality objectives and safety policy.
2. Work in collaboration with laboratories, program offices and customers to ensure that necessary accreditation requirements are maintained and implemented.
3. Prepare annual internal audit plan and conduct internal audits.
4. Actively participate in audits conducted by accrediting bodies and assist in responses for such audits.
5. Facilitate and guide root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
6. Partner with labs and programs to ensure that maintenance of the laboratory safety and quality assurance, and environmental management systems.
7. Assist to manage the corporate QA SOPs and other program policies.
8. Evaluate, procure and monitor quality data to maintain a tracking and trending program.
9. Support the maintenance of accreditation activities consisting of renewal applications, scope expansions or original applications.
10. Monitor regulations to ensure proper implementation and adaptations necessary.
11. Carry out subcontract lab audits as necessary to support certification program areas.
12. Administer the hazardous waste, radiation, safety and safety inspection programs.
13. Perform other duties as requested.

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, toxicology, engineer , or related area of study.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of general laboratory (chemical, physical or microbiological) experience.
3. Experience in pharmaceutical, biological, medical, clinical and/or certification testing industries will be an advantage.
4. A minimum of five (5) years experience managing quality systems and familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 CNAS , CMA, accreditations and/or with GLP experience,
5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently.
