职位描述：
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Make appropriate shift and labor planning arrangements to achieve production plan, productivity guarantee the on time delivery.
2. The implementation of training plan;
3. Implement the process control and realize quality improvements.
4. Analyze the root cause and guide the lines to make corrective actions per customer complaints.
5. EHS and 5S management.
6. Assist in MRP and Warehouse coordination to guarantee the material availability.
7. Production Warehouse Management and Stocktaking.
8. Be involved in periodical process auditing, lean projects, etc.
9. Work with Engineering to Implement ECN and new product adoption.
10. Assist in Facility and Equipment management.
11. ISO system improvements and implementation.
12. Coordinate the cooperation between different lines.
13. Other tasks assigned by the production manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with Mechanical, Auto or related background;
2. 5 years or above experience in production management with at least 3 years in similar position;
3. Lean/Quality Control experiences;
4. Strong communication and workshop leading skills;
5. Strong Team Work Spirit;
6. Weekend overtime working in peak season;
7. Knowledge of Mechanical engineering;
8. Background in EHS;
