职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. This sales assistant is responsible for sorting, filing & maintaining the business database and documents including the orders, contracts, and the products/ customers information
2. Follow up customers inquiries from B2B or exhibition.
3. Assist the sales manager in paperwork preparing, orders follow up in an efficient and effective way.
4. Utilize the tools to track the program, look for ways to debrief and improve current processes to enhance efficiencies.
5. Translate between the customers and the factory to ensure the customers' feedback is respected and needs are met.
6. Keep communicating with multiple supporting teams in the factory to streamline the working process and make sure the finished products are in good condition and be delivered on time.
7. Responsible for checking the payments from the customers and verifying the accuracy and the timeliness.
8. Assist the sales manager to prepare for the factory visits including the PPT preparation, samples making and display, customers' entertainment.
9. Prepare and the attend exhibition in worldwide areas .
10. Complete the other work assignments from the sales manager.


Qualifications and Core Competencies:
1. Be familiar with Alibaba international website processing .
2. 2+ years of experiences in International trade practice, knowhow of the import/ export procedure
3. Work independently , and be a quick learner.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Have the team spirit, great sense of responsibility and the sense of urgency.
6. Proficiency in MS office software including xls, word, PowerPoint etc.
