职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Uploading and scheduling content assets and content slots;
- Updating products with new collections and seasonal periods;
- Creating new category as required;
- Manage product attributes and categorization and product information;
- Working with digital marketing team to create all onsite banner requirements;
- Day-to-day operation, update and maintain website;
- Responsible for E-shop branding and promotion;
- Preparing and distributing weekly/ monthly report;
- Understanding target consumers' needs, attitude and usage behavior by analyzing research report on hand and assist product/ communication concept development work;
- Evaluate the performance of E-commerce sales, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs, and provide report on regular basis;
- E-shop promotion and increase the PV;
-Check sell record and daily stock, helps replenishment; Weekly/Monthly sales report; Promotion budget control and ROI management;
- Customer relationship establishment and management, initiate retention sales for customer, increase old customer sales conversion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in fashion industry, E-commerce experience is highly appreciated, have strong fashion sense.
- Expert in Word, PPT, Excel, Microsoft Office.
- Retail/marketing experience; be familiar with procedure of b2b and b2c, be familiar with overseas website.
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. 举报 分享
