数据分析师

工作职责:
-分析OTV、PGC领域的人群、市场及相关信息
-根据客户需求，产出定制定化数据报告

职责要求:
-本科及以上学历，2年以上数据分析、用户研究或市场研究相关方向
-具有优秀的数据分析能力，能快速理解业务，并设计相应的数据模型
-熟练使用Excel或SAS/SPSS等统计分析工具，会使用SQL查询，能独立完成数据分析报告；会使用Hadoop、Hive等尤佳
-具备较强独立思考能力和逻辑思维能力，沟通表达能力强，能够进行跨部门协调沟通
-有经济学、心理学、产品设计、用户研究、市场营销等相关背景者优先 举报 分享
