职位描述：
岗位职责：1 负责建立公司完善的人才招募及储备体系；
2 根据公司的发展需求，不断优化和升级公司在人力体系方面的短板，提供合理化建议；
3 负责配合公司各部门的人力招募工作并做到及时供给；
4 负责每月审核员工薪资、福利、奖金等费用，并保证按时发放；
5 负责公司所有部门员工的薪资、奖金机制、评估考核、制定的工作；
6 负责协调解决公司所有员工的内部关系；
7 负责协助培训经理建立公司的培训系统，保证公司的员工学习和成长空间；
8 负责HR部员工的内部培训和绩效考核工作；
9 负责公司行政事务的管理；
10 协助其他部门解决一切公司突发事件。

任职要求：1 本科及以上学历，法律、人力资源、等相关专业；
2 ?5年以上人事行政管理经验，房地产相关背景优先；
3 熟国家以及上海市劳动法，当地法律法规和政策；
4 具备较强的应变、团队管理、工作安排、协调能力，独立处理紧急问题的能力；
5 具备优秀的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动，有团队合作精神；
6 具备优秀的英语口语、英语书面能力。 举报 分享
