职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1) To be responsible for full scope of Compensation and Benefits management, including attendance management, salary calculation & provide, social insurance and commercial insurance management and related routine jobs, employee holiday management and update in systems etc.

2) Support HRM for BSSCN C&B related policy and programs, including employee annual review & update, design reward or benefit programs, retention programs etc.

3) Participate in the salary survey process, prepare the data and assist in the result analysis to ensure a competitive salary structure;?

4) Participate in the HR C&B budgeting process to deliver accurate HR cost budgeting and forecasting;

5) To monitor and maintain internal personnel information update in e-HR system, including new hires, departures and status changes and so on;

6) To responsible for the new employee orientation training coordinator and management.

7) Maintain payroll system, preparing C&B related reports and data analysis to ensure accurate, on-time delivery;

8) Assistant HRM to prepare HR related monthly report, annual report including Asia pacific monthly report, annual report and season report, sales personnel cost monthly report to MD.

9) New employee registration (UID set up) and to manage & maintain BSSCN all employees individual files in principle.

10) To assistant or support for other HR related administration jobs such as invitation letter, working permit preparation for overseas visitors and colleagues, residence certificate handling, incoming letter and other letter required from the government.

11) Other tasks assigned by the HR head and provision of support to the HR team.

Requirements:

1) 3+year working experience in HR function experience and 1+ working experience in C&B function is preferred.

2) Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in industry

3) Knowledge of HR and/or compensation and Benefits Theories;
