Main Responsibilities:
1.Direct visitors and customers to the appropriate contact person
2.Answer and forward phone calls as well as implement the callers’ requests.
3.Process and organise the administrative tasks for canteen/food/fruit on the daily basis in line with the company employee welfare budget and plan
4.Assist in the carrying out of company events, e.g. annual party.
5.Provides administrative practices to ensure the workplace and working environment cleaning
6.Assist in GMP documents and follow-up for administrative function area
7.Assist in expatriate affair (housing and car) based on the expatriate benefit plan
8.Monitor the courier service and ensure the courier quality with reasonable price, and handle the courier complaints from the stakeholders
9.Handle the invoice and payment of the above tasks, and execute the right recording
10.Assist department head to evaluate the admin function suppliers and vendors so as to ensure the administrative support to meet the requirement of all stakeholders in a fast growing and dynamic working environment.
11.Travel coordination,work permit
12.Expense report for administrative function, which can help to overview the admin PCI by department head
Minimum Requirements:
1.College level or above
2. 3+ years working experience in MNCs with a good track record at admin related function
3.Good command of communication skill in both written and oral English in a dynamic business environment
4.Proficient in Office Software, WORD, EXCEL, PPT
5.Self-started, team player, good attention to details is required
