职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
? Coordinate with project team for Supplier pre-qualification and technical clarification with Suppliers.
? Prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) documents and issue inquiry to approved Bidders.
? Expedite quotations from Suppliers and perform bids evaluation, negotiation and bids award recommendation in accordance with Givaudan Project Procurement Process.
? To prepare Purchase Order / Contract and create Purchase Orders in SAP/ SRM along with master data maintenance.
? Coordinate closely and communicate effectively with project team to ensure the procurement progress and schedule.
? Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, procurement policies, performance standards and specifications.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATION:
? Bachelor in Engineering / Commercial preferred
? 4-6 years’ experience in Project Procurement & Expediting
? Understanding of Project Procurement Processes
? Strong system skills (SAP, Microsoft Office) MUST
? Fluent in English
? Understanding of Project Procurement Processes and systems
? Financial Accounting skills
