职位描述：
Job title:Intern for sales admin

Line manager: Head of Institutional and Corporate Partnerships, Greater China, Nature Research

Location:Shanghai, China

Purpose of the role:
Leads generation, name cards recording etc.

Key tasks:
Leads generation based on given list provided by sales team; Record name card into templates provided by sales team;Record client evaluation results into templates upon projects need;Courier invoices accordingly to given list;Other sales admin work as required.

Key relationships:
Internal
· BDMs

Qualifications:
· University degree desired

Skills/knowledge:
Strong MS Excel proficiency
· Organisational and administrative skills
· Attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Positive and reliable team playerAbility to work independently
· Ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously and prioritise tasks

 Experience:
· Freelance experience is desired
