职位描述：
A new position exists for an experienced person who will be working in our Pudong, Shanghai office, for a small but long-establish, international trading company, well known globally within the international airline sector.

- The company has offices in China, America the Middle East and the United Kingdom, serving large corporate customers, predominantly airlines, in Asia/Pacific, The Middle East, North America, South America, Europe and Australia.

- The job mainly entails being responsible for sourcing and purchasing a wide range of in-flight consumable items and supporting a small team of International Sales and Logistics colleagues and helping the company to buy at the most competitive prices to supply airline amenities, galley equipment, tableware, textiles, toiletries and headphones for airline passengers and cabin-crew use.
Personality: Confident, hardworking, honest, cheerful, uncomplaining, flexible, willing to learn, ambitious, quick-learner, shows initiative, team member.
Experience: At least 5-10 years previously working in a Purchasing role. IT skills would be an advantage. Familiar using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Qualifications: Must have a college or university degree, minimum, ideally studied in business or international trading.
Language skills: Fluency in English (CET 6 level minimum)
Location (from): Should live locally,
 knowledge and experience of the VAT Refund process and some in-depth knowledge of textiles would be an advantage
The working terms and conditions will be as follows:

Duties/Responsibilities: Reporting to GM and CEO. A Purchasing Assistant/Manager/Officer, depending on experience, who must be trustworthy, honest, flexible and willing to work hard and help the Sales, Purchasing and Logistics colleagues to make savings and to win more orders for the company.
