职位描述：
Hierarchical Position:
? Direct report: Group Finance Managed based in Singapore
? Functional report: China GM, based in Shanghai, China
? Subordinate: China Finance Team of 6 employees

Scope of responsibilities:
? Finance & Accounting
? Industrial Controlling
? Internal Control
? Legal & Tax
? HR Admin

Missions:
? Set up and implement full ERP system to ensure smooth and accurate running, and proper staff usage
? Full responsibility for all financial processes and matters, including preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial planning, cost and plant controlling, timely preparation of monthly management reports and year-end closing per Chinese GAAP and group guidelines

? Maintain and provide a fair view of the manufacturing activity by following up KPI analysis tools and issuing management control reports.

? Manage the treasury function under the lead of Singapore headquarters in order to insure adequate cash flow and the optimal use of company assets and working capital, which includes strong focus on accounts receivable, and inventory turnover.

? Manage all types of corporate tax (including reporting and planning) and audit activities within local and group frameworks

? Maintain appropriate level of internal control procedures to minimize risk exposure of both China entities and their regional offices.

Requirements:
? Hands-on experience in managing all relevant disciplines in finance, with solid understanding of all financial and controlling functions, manufacturing KPI analysis.
? Practical management experience with ERP-systems, cost and credit control.
? Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to deadline
? Experience within an international organization and excellent communication skills
