Mission

The QA/QC will be responsible for all aspects related to Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including, but not limited to, the following:

- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes

- Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract

- Coordinate with the Client’s representative on all quality and control matters

- Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

- Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

- Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare reports to evaluate performance.

- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.

- Develop method statement for the activity

- Analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project

- Carry out Internal Audit at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP

- Liaise with the Technical Engineer and other parties for submission of material submittals

Qualifications

- Speaks English fluently

- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degreeor related field

- 2-year Experience as QA/QC Engineer or related experience (Demonstrable experience)

- Proficient in MS Office Suite

- Excellent written communication skills

- Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, flexible, multi-task and meet deadlines
