Main responsibilities
Position-holder is responsible to:
? Responsible for Assisting in all parts of company's operation are in accordance with regulations from Head Office, governmental bodies and local authorities at all times
? Responsible for assisting administration of the company's real estate and other assets
? Responsible for assisting insurance of personnel, real estate, property and goods
? Responsible for updating files in accordance with Filing Plan
? Responsible for administration of bank, cash, memorial, etc.;
? Responsible for registration of local collections;
? Responsible for payment of suppliers;
? Responsible to assist in the monthly financial closing process, reconciliation of ledger accounts and the financial year-end closing process;
? Responsible for assistance in financial based projects;
? Responsible for flagging problems and follow up;
? Responsible to ensure that practices at all times comply with the regulatory approvals, permits and certification for all products and services within the defined quality, labour conditions, Health, Safety & Environmental systems, procedures and business practices of the organization

Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
? Formal education and/or practice
? University degree with major in Accounting or similar
? Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience
? Good command of English language, written and spoken
? Good computer knowledge
? Good general knowledge about Chinese legislation
