Category Manager
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic partnerships with suppliers
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs
- Planning strategy and writing Product Group Reviews
- Managing and developing supply base
- Delivering and reviewing a supplier management process
- Leading and coaching team
Requirements:
- 8+ years extensive buying experience within a multi site retail consumer business
- Thorough understanding of range planning and control
- Proven understanding of global supply chain processes
- Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity
- Good English ability listening, writing and speaking.
