Responsibilities
- Handle export related issues, including full set of shipping and banking documents independently
- Handle China import / export shipment
- Follow up sales & purchase orders, shipment booking and scheduling
- Coordinate with China factory and sales team to arrange import / export shipments
- Liaise with forwarders to confirm shipment details
- Monitoring the shipment status and report to management

Requirements
- College or above with 3 years shipping experience
- Knowledge of trading system, import / export procedure and documentation
- Can work under pressure to cope with the tight shipment schedule
- Good command of written and spoken English, preference on speaking Cantonese
- Aggressive, self-motivation and independent
